The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, followers, leads, messages, sales, repeat visits, search rankings, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queentessence Inc and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
