This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Oui Systems websites, dashboards, landing pages, QR/NFC-enabled experiences, digital profiles, review and feedback tools, customer engagement tools, and related services.

Oui Systems helps venues, hospitality groups, local brands, and service businesses connect real-world customer interactions to digital actions such as reviews, feedback, saved contacts, follows, messages, leads, and repeat visits.

2) Information We Collect

Account information: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, login activity, account settings, and user role.
Business and venue information: venue name, address, website, social links, Google review link, staff assignments, QR/NFC campaign information, and customer-facing page settings.
Customer-submitted content: reviews, ratings, feedback, contact requests, messages, form submissions, and other information a visitor chooses to provide.
Technical and usage data: IP address, user agent, device type, referrer, timestamps, page paths, scan/tap events, engagement activity, and analytics data.

4) SMS Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Oui Systems by Queentessence Inc., we may use your phone number to send account verification codes, security alerts, service notifications, venue alerts, customer feedback alerts, and support-related messages for your account.

Message frequency varies and may be up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity and enabled notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers, including SMS and email delivery providers, to send messages on our behalf. These providers process information only as needed to provide delivery, compliance, security, troubleshooting, and related operational services.

5) Email and Communications Providers

We may use third-party providers such as SendGrid for email and Twilio for SMS/voice communications. If a business customer enables lead capture or collects information from visitors, that business customer is responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents for its own use of that information.
