Oui Systems helps venues, hospitality groups, local brands, and service businesses connect real-world customer interactions to digital actions such as reviews, feedback, saved contacts, follows, messages, leads, and repeat visits.

2) Information We Collect

3) How We Use Information

4) SMS Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Oui Systems by Queentessence Inc., we may use your phone number to send account verification codes, security alerts, service notifications, venue alerts, customer feedback alerts, and support-related messages for your account.

Message frequency varies and may be up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity and enabled notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers, including SMS and email delivery providers, to send messages on our behalf. These providers process information only as needed to provide delivery, compliance, security, troubleshooting, and related operational services.

5) Email and Communications Providers

We may use third-party providers such as SendGrid for email and Twilio for SMS/voice communications. These providers may process delivery data such as message status, timestamps, carrier feedback, and technical metadata to perform their services. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carriers, user settings, network conditions, filtering, or third-party provider availability.

6) Sharing and Disclosures

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling a customer list for money. We do not sell or share SMS consent information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

7) Customer Feedback, Reviews, and Public Platforms

Oui Systems may help businesses request honest feedback or make it easier for customers to access public review platforms such as Google. Oui Systems is designed for open, honest review requests. It is not intended for review gating, incentives, pressure, selective solicitation, or sentiment-based filtering.

If you choose to leave a public review on a third-party platform, your review is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

8) Public Pages and Lead Capture Responsibility

Customers may configure public QR/NFC pages, digital profiles, review pages, feedback forms, and lead-capture experiences. If a business customer enables lead capture or collects information from visitors, that business customer is responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents for its own use of that information.

9) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and service performance. Some pages may also use analytics scripts, pixels, or measurement tools when enabled.

10) Data Retention

We retain information as needed to provide the services, maintain business records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and support security and troubleshooting. Retention periods may vary depending on data type, account status, legal requirements, and operational needs.

11) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12) Your Choices

13) Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adult users. They are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
